Terms of service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Who we are
Callomi is operated by 14097335 Canada Inc., a federal corporation based in New Brunswick. By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. The service is intended for businesses, not for personal use.
2. The service
Callomi provides online booking, an AI phone receptionist (French and English), appointment confirmations and reminders by text and email, and a portal to manage everything. The receptionist is an artificial intelligence: it says so when asked, follows the hours, services and knowledge you configure, and can make mistakes. Check important bookings in your portal.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your hours, services and AI knowledge, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for what your team members and the AI agents you connect (API tokens) do with your account. You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Plans, trial and taxes
Every account starts with a 7-day trial; billing begins when it ends, unless you cancel before. Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown on the Pricing page; applicable sales taxes (GST/HST) are added according to your province. Plans renew automatically for the chosen period. Annual plans are billed for eleven months, the twelfth being offered. Assisted setup is an optional one-time fee. Each plan includes call minutes and texts; if your usage regularly exceeds them, we will contact you to adjust your plan — nothing is billed beyond your plan without your agreement.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your portal (Settings → Billing → Manage my subscription). Service continues until the end of the period already paid; no partial refund is issued for a period already started. Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged. The assisted setup fee is non-refundable once the setup has been done.
6. Text messages and consent
Texts are sent to your customers only in connection with a booking they made or requested (confirmation, reminder, change). Each message identifies your business and explains how to stop (STOP). You remain responsible for complying with anti-spam law (CASL) for your own communications.
7. Callomi is not a telephone service
Callomi is not a telephone service or a telecommunications service provider. It only answers calls received at the number assigned to your business; it does not allow you to place calls, including emergency calls (9-1-1). You must keep your own telephone service, including for emergency calls.
8. Your data
Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. When you close your account, you can ask us to export or delete your data.
9. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability without guaranteeing it. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue from a missed or wrongly booked appointment.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any significant change; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
